Questions
- Purchases on qaemdev.com are handled by Polar, which emails your key along with the receipt. Your orders are listed in your account here too.
- In your Elgato account. Open the Marketplace tab in the Stream Deck app, or your library on the Elgato Marketplace, and install it from there. Marketplace purchases don't show up in an account on this site.
- Some do. Launchify, the Deckord widget and Browser Media Controls use Qaem Hub, a free app for the parts a web widget can't do itself, and Twitchify uses it for the optional Watch Sync. It's on the downloads page.
- Stream Deck plugins need the Stream Deck app on Windows. The XENEON EDGE widgets need iCUE and a CORSAIR XENEON EDGE. The browser extensions run on Chrome and Firefox, and the Windows apps need Windows 10 or 11.
- Open the .streamDeckIconPack file and the Stream Deck app installs it, or install it from My library in the app's Marketplace tab. The icon pack guide covers both.
- Email support first, because most problems turn out to be fixable. Where a refund is the right answer, purchases made here are refunded through Polar, and Marketplace purchases are handled by Elgato.
